Do you want to improve the experience quality for the individuals involved with Shriners Owen Sound and campers at Rotary Camp Presquile.? Are you ready to ask your community and social circle to help you? Then you may have what it takes to fundraise more than the minimum $1,000 and gain valuable advantages during the Amazing Race.
Are you ready to get your heart pumping? Do you run, bike, hike, swim or play sports for fun? Do you love to challenge yourself physically? Then you may have what it takes to out race the other teams and WIN the Amazing Race.

Team Members
Each team will consist of TWO members, at least 19 years of age to participate.
You do not need to be a super athlete to compete but please keep in mind that this can be a very physically challenging race. Also, challenges may be present that will push you beyond your comfort zone. That is the nature of the amazing race; it will push you to try new things and will be truly exhilarating for all participants. Please be sure that you are serious about this opportunity before applying.
Rules
There will be no contact with friends and family allowed by the racers unless extreme circumstances exist which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Phones are locked away for 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
weekend schedule
Registration is on the evening of Friday, September 19th, 2025 from 4 pm – 7 pm at Camp Presquile and the Amazing Race will finish on Sunday, September 21st, 2025 approximately 6 pm. Both team members must be present for that time.
Fees
The entrance fee is $500 per team and racers will not have any additional expenses during the race weekend. This will include all of your lodging, meals, snacks, t-shirts, water & transportation. You are invited to bring your own snacks for dietary reasons.
Fundraising
Teams are expected to raise a minimum of $1,000 via pledges in addition to the $500 entrance fee.
Teams are expected to put a strong effort towards collecting pledges for participating organizations. On the level of dollar amounts collected over the $1,000, teams will earn tokens that can assist them during AMAZING RACE BRUCE GREY.
