team application procedures
Once your team has sent in the completed application with the registration fee, the AMAZING RACE BRUCE GREY committee will send you your Racer’s package. You may pay by cash or by cheque. We will provide you with more details at that time.
Note that we consider a team’s application as “received” when we have completed application forms from BOTH team members, as well as two pictures that follow the rules.
When each team has completed their registration and their payment is received, they will be placed on the website. All decisions by the Team of Directors are final and are not subject to review or appeal.
We will confirm by email that we have received your application and will contact you to obtain your entrance fee. After we have received payment your pledge kits will be mailed to you.

Incomplete application forms will not be considered. Please be aware that once you have paid your registration, your answers given could be posted online in your team bio.
One photograph needs to be a close-up headshot and the other an action shot. Be sure to use your team photographs to show your personality. Get creative! We do ask that both photographs be appropriate and unaltered – we’re looking for real-life creativity, not Photoshop creativity. They will be printed out, so we ask for the highest resolution and size you can send (but no larger than 1 megabyte each)!
Optional: Show us how creative you are and include something more with your application. Media sites such as YouTube and Facebook are free and you can include a link below.
** Teams are expected to raise a minimum of $1,000 via pledges.
** All racers are provided with AMAZING RACE BRUCE GREY T-shirts.
